The major American novelist Maureen Johnson is blogging every day in April (BEDA) to gear up for the release of the paperback of her wonderfully funny book Suite Scarlett.
So I am going to blog for every day of April, too. Maureen has recently started a ning; my blogs will be cross-posted there.
My idea is that I will answer one question asked in comments every day. But in order for this to work, you must leave questions in comments.

My question is: Since you've discussed organizing your home library in a video, what do you think about organizing home libraries by color (or height) instead of by subject/author/title?

Right now your books are focused on different adolescent experiences. Do you think that as you age and have time to reflect on your own experiences as a young adult, newlywed, etc you will write about those periods of life as well?

so i have a question: What is your favorite post WWI novel/writer or poem?

When you're writing, do your characters ever take on a life of their own, to the point that you feel like they're someone you know--a friend--and you are startled when you remember they are just words on a page? Do you ever feel compelled to write sequels to your books so you can find out what happened to certain characters later in their lives?
You've made several (well, at least two) videos dedicated to answering questions specifically about Paper Towns. Would you ever do something like that for Looking For Alaska (or An Abundance of Katherines if anyone has questions about that...)?
I figure that you've dedicated so much to Paper Towns since, well, you didn't make videos during the time of Alaska or Katherines. But that doesn't mean that your readers/viewers/nerdfighters don't have any questions about them.

My mother (who I am grateful for) called me today and told me that she met you at a conference in Houston and she told you that "I thought all of your girl characters were hot." I was slightly embarrassed, not because it's not true but because I had wish she said that after reading Paper Towns, the book had a great impact on my life and artwork. Consequently, it has become one of my favorite books. I have started Urban Exploring and painting what I see to let other people inside the places they may be too afraid to go, or just don't notice.
My question is, did you do any UE while writing Paper Towns, and could you tell us about it?
