Omnictionary.com
Those of you who yearn for the bygone days of the Brotherhood 2.0 Scavenger Hunt (or are looking forward to the release of my new book Paper Towns) should check out omnictionary.com, a new site Hank and I have been working on. (Click on "Major Facts" to get started; if you poke around long enough, you'll find the answer to that question people keep asking.) If you find the Easter Egg, feel free to discuss in comments (I hope you think it's as awesome as I do!), but please don't spoil the hunt for others.
(To answer the question that will be asked the most: Yes, Paper Towns will have two different covers! Cool, huh?)

you are slack.
We're not sure if all of the links that lead to nowhere are actually intentional devices used to torment our curiousity, or if you are simply SLACK, and do not realize/care that your links lead to nowhere. At all.
And that you cannot create an account. That's most annoying.
However, we are extremely curious about these matters involving Spiegelman. She, as well as everything else mentioned, seems exceedingly fascinating. So if tormenting the curiousity of readers was, in fact, your intention, you HAVE suceeded.
Do you believe that sneaking into Disney World (you sneaky little sneakster) would actually work? We really should try it. It sounds pretty awesome.
Question for the next Question Tuesday:
What kind of toothpaste do you use?
Now we feel ridiculous. er.
Best Wishes!
Um, what Heather said about the omnictionary and Ms. Spiegelman.
That said, I am of course looking forward to Paper Towns, and to hearing about and seeing said double covers, as well as hearing about WHY there are two.
So, um, perhaps a blog post for us old die-hards would be a good thing. On account of I get confused by all the goings on at Nerdfighters, what with being middle aged and already reading too many blogs and all.
Is it the cover of the book?? I LOVE it!!! Very catchy and sure to sell a million copies!
I love, love, love, love the book covers!!! Especially the blue-er one. It's definitely made of awesome!
I take back what I said before. You're not slack.
Odd. I actually found the pot of gold yesterday, except Margo was missing at the time.
But anyway, I'm really looking forward to Paper Towns. I'm reading Looking for Alaska at the moment and I'm enjoying it very much!

Oh, I especially like the dirty blue one. It's haunting.
quite clever!
what kelly said.
i can't tool around on there for hours...does it take hours?
can i have a clue?
i want to see the book cover!!
I have successfully spent the last fifteen minutes (when I should have been writing an essay due in in nine hours) enjoying this site with great results!
I can't pick my favourite, though. The blue, perhaps.
Any word as to whether this will be published in the UK yet?
I found them...just when I was about to give up. I love both of them! Can't wait to read!
Neat! I'm assuming that's the planned date of publication, too :) Fun stuff.
I FOUND IT!!! I was about to give up.
I love both covers...I can't decide on my favorite.
awesomeness.
I only found the blue one. Is there another one on another page?
I was really about to give up. I got really angry and just started clicking anything and everything...
Ah, the rewards for insanity. XD
It took me for-bloody-ever to finally find it. Love the blue one; can't wait for the release.
i got lucky. one of my blog readers took pity and sent me the link. big cheater, i know, but great covers! i was so surprised to see a human girl--she looks intriguing. can't wait for paper towns!
I found it yesterday! :)
Well, I found an image with the two covers, I'm not sure if there is anything more.
I don't understand...why two covers?
I FINALLY FOUND IT!
I sat there forever! Then I finally decided to click everything, haha. My friend was looking at me like I was insane.
The covers are cool! I like the blue one a lot!
hahahahahahahahahahahahaha. i found it. i decided to start with the main page and click everhything so i click the main facts. then clicked the first link on that page and then the fist link on the page that opened to and kept doing that until there were no more links to click. then just when i was seriusly annoyed i found it.
If anyone else out there has wracked their head (and keyboard) trying to find the Easter egg, here’s some slightly coded instructions of where you might find it.
From the “Main Facts” page, click on the name of someone who appears on U.S. currency. Click on a link that has the same initials as Mac software. See a physician before you get too frustrated, and U2's second album will take you there.
The covers are great (I like the bright one best) as was the "hunt" to go find them!
Cheers!
