I can't wait! I am seeing you on October 24 and 25!
this doesn't relate to anything...
but PLEASE play willy a christal castles song :)
http://www.myspace.com/crystalcastles
there's crazy songs with a million of sounds! air war would probably be the best.
xx sam.
hey, the time for October 27 should be 7:30, since it takes me two hours to drive to phoenix from tucson and I don't get out of rehearsal until 5:30. and it's rude to be late.
but I don't know if you have control over what time it takes place. but if you do, remember your drama nerd fighters.hoo ha!
I'll be there October 24th and 25th ^_^ Also on November 15th! I'm so glad to see you got something set up in Wisconsin ^_^
Also, because this is something I've was just thinking about today o_O I'm not the only Nerdfighter to have ever seen the Yeti right? Someone else must have recognized you guys!
Aw, I wish the Boston date was in the early afternoon ... =/ I have an improv show that night, which I have to be at at six. I would totally have been there if it was earlier in the day... oh well...
see you in boston on the 17th. hopefully i read all of papertowns by then.
phyllis
I'll be in Atlanta on October 21st!
I'd also go to the Alabama gathering in November if it wasn't a nearly 6 hour drive. And because I'll still be broke from driving to Atlanta.
John,
FYI, the Loft in Minneapolis has you listed as being there at 2pm on Saturday, Sept. 27.

You might want to confirm with them.
The tour is all very exciting (and I'll see you in Chicago), but dear God you guys are going to be tired!
I'm having a lot of fun picturing the Green family Thanksgiving dinner table right now, and it's you, Hank, the Katherine and Sarah with forks in midair, doing that head jerk thing that happens when you fall asleep in an upright position. :-)
I thought julia nunes was coming to NY? I saw her with Ben Folds this summer and her performance was awesome. what happened? (i'm def still coming but this is saddening)

I was gearing up for the San Francisco stop on the 29th, but now I can't go since it is Menlo Park. All my potential rides have class on Wednesday night next quarter and none of the public transportation will be able to get me home if I am there past 8. I hope you and Abby have a fun stop. :)
I'm doing my happy dance for October 27, though I do wish it was tomorrow, instead of in a month.
(Now to commence with the thanking)
Thank you so much for being such an amazing writer! Your books have helped me through a lot of crap times. c:
-Alyssa
I'll see you in Lancaster!
I'm so sad that I'll miss you in Orlando because I'll be studying abroad but I'm going to try to get on a train, plane, or automobile to see you in Germany... which should be hilarious because I don't know ANY German.
Oh, the things I do for you, John Green.
I'll see you in Atlanta! I'm BEYOND excited. :)
And I'm working on maybe coming to either Knoxville or Gadsden as well. Hopefully it'll work out.
Times like this, I wish I still lived in Columbus. Sorry, Tribeca Barnes & Noble: You are not half as cool a store as Cover to Cover.
Just out of curiosity do you hate Oregon or something? You skip right over it.:p
♥ Christy
I am still so bummed that you guys aren't coming to Denver. Please do at some point! It's a nice place, I promise!
I just finished LFA, so so good. Thank you :)
Excited for Paper Towns! But I have to wait for the library to get it cause we are poor and on a budget :)
Hi John! I hung out at your Chicago event, but now I'm in MN, and look forward to coming to all of your events up here! Cheers!
I'll see you in Gadsden! I'm so excited!
Hi John,
I'm looking forward to seeing you in L.A. I think you are going to be mighty tired at the end of this thing. Heck, let's be honest, you're going to be tired well before it's over.
If you'd like a nice quiet home cooked meal, my husband and I would love to have you over after the L.A. thing. We live just down the street and I love to cook. And I'm going to bet that you are going to be tired of eating out by then too.
Dude. I'm SO glad I quit my day-job and work from home!
Best wishes! (I just can't help but sign off with that from now on)
Ah, so yes I definitely can't make it to Germany. Woe betide me! I'll just take comfort in that I could figuratively be there joining in the fun in under two hours as opposed to the usual eight.
whohoo for berlin!
i hope i can make it to your reading. great to have you around in europe as well. nerdfighters everywhere. :)
btw: according to the website of the literature festival you're also reading in berlin at 2 p.m.
so we can see you twice that day?
Woo! You decided to come to WI. I'm so incredibly excited for the 15th.
Just a reminder that you and Hank and Katherine are more than welcome in Richmond on Nov 9 or 10, as you're making your way from Newport News to Charlottesville.
wait has the San Francisco stop changed to the Menlo Park, CA stop? Now I'm not sure if I can go. As a scone, I will try my best though to uphold my duties and get there.
I'd be glad to offer a home cooked meal along with adorable Nerdfighters in training in Knoxville. Can't wait to see y'all!
Why no stop in Portland, Oregon? Home of the largest independent bookstore, Powells? Takes up a whole city block? Seriously. Wedge us in!
Hey,
Those who want to attend the Cambridge event on 10/17 should RSVP at (617) 349-4038. We've got limited space!
I'm sad that Julia won't be in NY. I was so excited to see her too!! Oh well, another time.
am disappointed the santa monica public library doesn't allow dogs--my henry is going as willy for halloween!
I'll see you on Nov 15!!!!! I'm so happy you are coming to WI!!
Yes! Yes! Yes! Minnesota! I was under the impression that you had failed to find a spot. And there will be UNSPEAKABLE SURPRISES???? I am Sooooo excited!
See you on October 16th and November 12th!
P.S. For anyone coming to the Westport, CT event join the facebook event: http://www.new.facebook.com/event.php?eid=24497528679
I am SO, SO, SO excited for November 3rd! I think you can expect one really starstruck fan. It's probably not going to be very pretty.
You did not just say Julia Nunes.
True story: once, in JFK airport while traveling to visit my mom in Syracuse, I had to go to the bathroom. When I came out of the bathroom, I was dismayed to see my boyfriend staring forlornly into the distance. When I asked him what was wrong, he said:
"I think I just saw Julia Nunes. But I stayed to be with you."
-jake the girl
Can't wait until Seattle, John! :)
xxx Kayley
I am so excited!!! I was sad earlier when I thought you dumped Minnesota, but now I see that you are here for two whole days! We are so spoiled!
I am using too many exclamation points but they cannot accurately convey my excitement!
You're in Minnesota THREE TIMES?
=D
Coming to all of them..hehe.
Woohoo I'll see you in Seattle!! I'll probably be the girl sitting up front with a hijab and a NF shirt on=)
I'll be at the Boston one and MAYBE the Connecticut one. Boston I can get a train to but CT I'd have to drive. Two plus hours is more then I feel comfortable doing in areas I don't know.
John, I convinced one of my friends to read Looking For Alaska this summer, giving it to her right before I left for camp. She not only read it, but loved it, re-reading it a solid 5 times in the month I was away. In fact, she loved it so much that we'll both be going to see you on the tour!
Best Wishes!
You can go to Germany but not Canada??? hmph! ;-)
AH, I want to come to the Atlanta one soo badddd.
But it's on my dad's birthday.
EEK.
Hopefully I can!
I will so be at Gadsden to see you guys. My only question is why Gadsden? That seems like a random city if you consider other Alabamian cities. But either way, you guys will be in the state, so I'm looking forward to seeing you, Hank, and the Katherine.
-Max
John, I hope you book your Kansas City event at the Reading Reptile (readingreptile.com).
Hint hint!!
But wherever you happen to show up, I will bust down the doors to get there. So be warned.
Yay! I'm super pumped that you are going to be in Atlanta! Hopefully I can make the trip!
aaah, you're playing with molly?!
why do i not live in or near seattle?!
...aside from the obvious part where my chosen source of education is in new brunswick...
I am definitely coming to the Plano, TX one! How do we RSVP?
Yea I'll see you in Minneapolis Nov 18 love the loft and St Paul Sept 25. Thanks for not leaving Minnesota out of the tour.
coming to the one in columbuson october 20th and hopefully louisville on november 5th.
cincinnati is a kind of awkward location.
also, the time for the columbus visit is 7:00.
at least that's what google maps told me.
but google maps might be lying.
JOHN! How late is the Friday Minneapolis event expected to run? My mom is quite uncertain about carting me around the state and such and would like a rough estimate. XD
I am so glad you are coming to St. Louis! I only wish you were bringing my and apparently your favorite YouTube artists with you! Please convence Julia Nunes and sweetafton23 to come to the STL! I can't possibly make it to seatle or boston! Regardless I will be happy to meet you too John! Thanks for being an awesome author!
I MUST find a way to get to Newport News on the 9th of November. It is relevent to mah intrests.
November 17th... such a long wait... but I'll be there.
I REALLY hope I get to see you in Atlanta!
I'm a HUGE fan of your work, and so is my son...I'm just wondering if you'll ever find your way to Salt Lake City-I know we're not likely your demographic, but we'd love to have your work expand some literary horizons in our area! Best regards!!! Looking forward to seeing what's next-Paper Towns is brilliant!!
Oh, I wish you could come to México some day, there's a big book fair (Guadalajara International Book Fair) each year, I hope to see you one day, I really love your books :)
