John's Tour
As will become obvious in upcoming video blogs, I'm on tour promoting the paperback edition of Looking for Alaska. (Speaking of such promotion: You should consider purchasing the paperback of Looking for Alaska. It is so cheap as to be basically, functionally, free.)
The tour takes the form of school events, and unfortunately, those events are generally not open to the public. (You can try to sneak in if you want. That would be pretty awesome, but don't look to me for help!) Sorry about that! The good news is that if you live in or near D.C., Chicago, Columbus, Houston, or Seattle, there will be signed copies of my books at bookstores.
Okay now I am going to go watch NASCAR qualifying. Oh, hotel TV. You do odd things to me.

Is there by chance a list of the places you'll be?
I couldn't find tour information on your website so could you please tell me when you'll be in Chicago?
Also, where are they selling autographed books of Looking for Alaska [in the Chicagoland area]?
Thanks!
good luck on your tour--that sitcom beginning was hysterical. you guys get your own reality tv show. seriously.
I'd also really like a list of the places.. luckily i'd be able to get into a school event.. if it was at my school... unfortunately i have a feeling you wont be visiting my school.. and for safety purposes i'm not going to be posting the name here either.. anyway, pleeease let us know where you will be.. i'd really love to see you there
John- I think NASCAR is maybe more normal than watching the hotel propaganda channel. That's what I find myself compelled to do, that and local news, wherever I am, which really means nothing to me as I do not know of the names and places they mention.
See ya Tues.
John -
When will you be in H-Town?
Just bought 2 copies the other day of it, one for myself and one as a gift :P Too bad you weren't coming closer to Wisconsin than Chicago, or I could get them signed. Have fun on the book tour!
