Brotherhood 2.0.1
Hank has redesigned www.brotherhood2.com, and now it is much much better than you ever imagined it could be. Advantages:
1. Unlike the previous site, it should work for all browsers.
2. Nested comments. Now everyone (including us!) can reply to specific comments. This will make conversations much less unwieldy. (Off-topic: If something is not unwieldy, is it wieldy?)
3. The organization. Brotherhood2.com won't be cluttered with a bunch of stupid text, like this web site. It is all Brotherhood, all the time. And even more improvements are coming soon.
The videos will still be posted here at sparksflyup for now, but Brotherhood2.com is going to start being Headquarters from now on. So bookmark it, and come hang out with us. Thanks for watching and responding!

On Safari, it's not looking so good. It's doing a kind of flicker thing, with video on top of other video.
Hmm. Thanks, anonymous. We'll keep working on it!
oh, anonymous: It stops doing that once the page is loaded (it's because Safari doesn't properly recognize the size of the sidebar at first).
But it is annoying; we'll work on a fix.
maybe one of the brotherhood's missions can be to get all their viewers to use Firefox. that'll fix the browser problem right up, and seriously, why would anyone Not use Firefox?
That's my girl!
I know about the Safari problem, and I kinda winced when john said "all browsers." It's besically a problem with the way YouTube resizes videos, I can try a few things but Safari is kinda behind the times in a lot of ways. FireFox is doing a much better job with Mac web browsing nowadays.
So John, does this mean you will be writting a blog now, or will you continue to post the vlogs up here as well?
Anonymous: Probably both. The vlogs will be posted here at least for the time being, but I'll be posting text as well, although not daily.
(I mean, this blog has never been daily until now. It is aggressively undaily.)
I have difficulty with the brotherhood2 page, the sheer number of youtube videos embedded in the front page make my computer die a little on the inside. The text posts and smaller number of entries retained on the front page here make this not an issue.
But, as long as they're posted here with a link to the respective brotherhood2 post, I can hop over there to comment without problem should I need to.
also, re: Not Using Firefox
Because I use Camino, which is the same rendering engine as Firefox but with better mac integration. That's why.
