You two are hilarious.

The new Brotherhood 2.0 page is gorgeous.

I can't wait to see 42 happy dances in 42 different places.

psssssst. there's a very bad swear word hidden somewhere in this one. this episode of b2.0 is rated pg-13. parents strongly cautioned.

I have a suggestion for the Brotherhood 2.0 website. You should have some sort of contact email so that a person could bring to your attention an itty bitty typo on your site without seeming nit-picky. By the way, in the sidebar of your website in the second paragraph, someone forgot the x in next.

Is the Harry Potter series more likely to be the Jets or the Sharks?

I know what you mean. I mean, I really want to read that book (and others) but sometimes I think I just can't take something so depressing as a book about genocide.

I gotta say, I think this is a unique experiment. I'm sure there are TONS of people doing videoblogs, but how many are videoblogging back and forth to each other? I guess some people might be doing it. But this is the first time I've seen something like this. Aside from the fact that it's funny as hell, it's really fascinating to watch this unfold.

I'm having a blast watching you guys. Keep it up.

Well, I had wanted to suggest a challenge to you both. Assuming you are still looking for challenges.

My challenge was this: to create a videoblog entry composed solely of the statistically improbable phrases (SIPs) found in your favorite books.

However, it appears that Amazon has recently changed its search options, and I don't see SIPs listed there any longer.

So, your first mission, should you choose to accept it, would be to locate the SIP function on the new Amazon site.

And then to create said entries...

First off, let me say that I second Sarah's idea of a challenge -- that sounds like a great idea, although a time-consuming one. Perhaps not quite as time-consuming as, say, 42 happy dances in 42 different locations. Or will it be 21 each, interspersed?

Loved the Harry Potter smackdown sequence. And Hank? You sounded rather like one of the Johns in They Might be Giants when you were singing. Their song "Whistling in the Dark" came to mind for some reason.

It should actually remind you of "O, Do Not Forsake Me" by TMBG since that's the song he's singing. Or growling/bubbling as it may.

I love that not only is it a Harry Potter smackdown, it's the British version of Harry Potter. J.K. Rowling approves, I'm sure!

@jess
Thanks! I can hardly wait myself...apparently the deadline is the end of February.

@Kelly
OK, that's weird that it reminded you of the Johns of TMBG because it is a TMBG song, but it's not sung by one of the Johns. So, yeah, you must have heard it before...or maybe I'm just so heavily influenced by they might be giants that I actually sing like them.

@Meghan
The British and Canadian versions are printed on 100% recycled paper, the American versions are not. So Katherine and I always buy British or Canadian. I can't wait for Deathly Hallows....

the Harry Potter fan that I am was cringing...a lot...I think you temporarily killed it. Then you made it better and Harry Potter won all. Thanks for reviving the Harry Potter fan in my head.

You are a genius
You figured out the question that fits the answer in "Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy"...does this mean the mice won't steal our brains now??
