i just want to thank the family and friends of john and hank for making this project rock hard. The videos are awesome enough (the rocking part), but reading the comments from the folks who know - that's just awesome (ie: 42).

john. let's be serious. if you remember from the time at 4158, it seemed that the solution to the ww point puzzle was loads and loads of dietary fiber. one time hassan found a cereal with 29g of dietary fiber!
YIKES.
this might be a tricky situation for you, but i think you should try it.
oh man.
that might actually be a good punishment for missing a vblog. eating a bowl of the 29g dietary fiber cereal. wow.

Hey, if it's styrofoam popcorn then Weight Watchers would allow it, right?

P.S. Love the vlog, guys.

Whoops, I totally missed that the styrofoam popcorn joke had already been made. Silly me.

I'd like to let the Green brothers know that this vlog is, in fact, a public service. I had, sadly, rather forgotten that I, too, had a happy dance. (Not that my life's not happy, but sometimes we forget to celebrate that.) Their reminder inspired me to show my happy dance to my 3 year old son. Not only does he now have his own happy dance, but his reward for drinking him milk has changed from a jellybean (not healthy) to a happy dance (very healthy).

My thanks.

OK, that would be "drinking his milk", not "drinking him milk". The latter sounds like some sort of SNL Frankenstein-Tarzan-Tonto rip-off.

Hmmmm... I have a challenge/punishment: Film an entire vlog using a really bad English accent while pretending, in a very snooty, Sherlock Holmesish-type manner, to smoke a pipe. You must include the phrases: "Jolly good", "Bloody hell", and "The dog's bollocks".

I have a suggested punishment: The Saltine Challenge. Eat as many Saltines as you can within one minute, no liquids allowed. The most I have seen is six Saltines, so maybe you can put a lower bound on the number of Saltines consumed to satisfy the challenge.

Okay. So I am supposed to be writing a French composition. Instead, I watched a view vlogs I'd missed. Then I watched some that I've already seen.

...How am I supposed to work in these conditions??!

Would today be one of those so-called "major holidays" on which you do not post? If so, I am sad...

@Chris...
No way are we taking today off! MLK Days is cool and everything, and I'll celebrate, but it's not gonna hold me back from B20...of course...what will hold me back is if blogger won't publish my video...which it currently is not.

It's up on the new site at brotherhood2.com though...and it'll be up here soon....as soon as blogger begins working again.

Shannon and John: I believe that may be the fabled "Colon Blow", once featured on SNL. I'm fairly certain that eating a styrofoam peanut is preferable to any cereal with 29g of fibre.

omg, WW is a starvation diet. you might try the Core version. there is the potential for more food as long as you stay away from junk. but you kind of have to cook and stuff.
