Fuse#8
Today on the An Abundance of Katherines blog tour, you'll find a (really quite long, now that I look at it) interview over at Fuse #8. We talk about exgirlfriends, The Current State of YA Literature, the Printz, anagrams, friendster v. myspace, and whether or not I have groupies. (To the best of my knowledge, I do not.)
In other news: Some people (approximately 11,000,000) have reported to me via blog comments or myspace messages or emails that they have been unable to find An Abundance of Katherines at their local bookstore so far. This problem is, at least from what I understand, going to be fixed in the near future.

Hi John,
The Borders in Lebanon, NH not only has your book in stock, they also have a very nice display at the end of the bookcase.
That is my hot tip of the day for all of your New England groupies. And other groupies willing to drive a long distance.

i would say that you most definitely do have groupies, its just thus far some of them only have permits or cinderella licenses thus confiding them and not allowing them to not follow your every move. Yhat and i think we are more classy than that, i mean just because we enjoy books about ackward blowjobs doesnt mean we dont have class. that and my rural pa bookstore just got Katherines in, after i already ordered it online. ugh. that is all.
wow - Hot Man of Children's Literature! Now if that isn't more significant than the Printz . . .
I know you can check to see if a borders has the book instock in your area by going to:
www.bordersstores.com
There you can search the inventory of a store near you. I checked and the borders near me had "An Abundance of Katherines" so I just picked it up today. w00t!!!!
what is it with ou and 11,000,000?
