I think that we should make him eat something. THere is no worse punishment than eating something disgusting. I was in a church program once, and I had to eat canned meat...that's pretty nasty. But what's worse: I ate pickled squid. That,my friend, is the most terrible thing you will ever, ever place in your mouth...EVER.
The eye looks better to me, John.
Since you have a resident mathematician, I'd like to lay claim to the "resident physicist" position. Is that okay?
As for Hank's punishment... gah, most of my ideas are too evil! How about a choreographed performance of Madonna's "Vogue"?
He could sing a show tune...
His least favorite or your least favorite. He could even dress the part.
Would he be willing to do this for his brother who spent the last few days in the hospital? I think so.

Hank should have to listen to the latest My Chemical Romance album in its entirety. I personally feel that would be an extreme punishment.

Hm... I do like the show tunes idea. (Even though I am a musical nerd!). Hank should have to do Singing In the Rain from you guessed it, Singing In the Rain. Or act out Charlie the Unicorn. That would be pretty darn funny.(This would have to be by himself.) And it would incorporate that singing aspect. Just think about it John... just think about it.
I feel like the eating punishment has already been done a couple times now and the time has come to be even more creative. I think Hank should spend an entire day out and about wearing a wig to make himself look like Sanjaya. By out and about, I mean attending at least one church service, going grocery shopping, attending some kind of performance, and maybe walking an animal. And hanging out at a coffee shop.
I think that Hank should be punished by..
Singing " I feel pretty" while dancing in a Tutu with a wand and crown on his head.
