A Very Nerdfightastic Engagement
Tomorrow, a follow-up post to the much-discussed stuff below about the publishing business. But today, I facilitated an adorable marriage proposal. And she said yes. And I am happy. And I love my job.
That was seriously sweet. It takes a lot of balls to ask someone else to marry another person, but even more balls to ask your favorite author to ask your girlfriend to marry you. (If that made any sense with all the confused pronouns.)
Dude. That was cool. There have been times when I doubted your sincerity. The marketing machine makes us all wonder sometimes. But that was not one of them.
This is, by far, one of the sweetest things I've seen in a while. :)
ReplyDeletebest thing ever!
